Rasun Couture is a founder-led hair, beauty, and crown care brand founded in 2019. We offer quality-checked hair, Crown Services, hair pieces, toppers, beauty care essentials, and select lifestyle products.
What is the Rasun Classic Collection?
The Rasun Classic Collection is our premium virgin hair line. This collection is for customers who want Rasun Couture’s best bundles, closures, frontals, and hair options.
What does “Quality-Checked Hair Order” mean?
A Quality-Checked Hair Order means select hair orders are sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture first, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer. This helps us review the hair before final delivery instead of blindly shipping vendor-direct products.
Why does Rasun Couture quality-check hair first?
Buying hair online can be difficult because customers cannot always see, touch, or inspect the hair before it arrives. Rasun Couture quality-checks select orders so we can review texture, length, fullness, lace condition, and visible concerns before final shipment.
Does Rasun Couture guarantee 100% ethical hair?
No. Ethical hair sourcing can be difficult to verify 100% unless you are physically present through the full sourcing process. Rasun Couture does not make claims we cannot fully prove. Our commitment is to review vendors, ask better sourcing questions, inspect select hair orders, and keep improving our sourcing standards over time.
How long does payment processing take?
Payment processing may take 1–3 business days before order processing begins. This timeframe may be extended if additional verification, address confirmation, customer information, or payment review is required.
How long does order processing take?
Standard order processing may take 1–3 business days after payment processing is complete. Quality-Checked Hair Orders, custom orders, Crown Services, unit construction, and hair pieces may take 5–14 business days depending on the order, materials, inspection, and service details.
Are processing time and shipping time the same?
No. Processing time is the time Rasun Couture needs to review, source, inspect, prepare, package, or complete your order. Shipping time begins after the order is processed and scanned by the carrier.
How long does shipping take?
After processing is complete, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of Rasun Couture’s control.
Do weekends count as business days?
No. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and closed days do not count as payment processing days, order processing days, service days, or shipping preparation days.
What days does Rasun Couture process orders and services?
Rasun Couture is a founder-operated company with set processing days to protect quality, accuracy, and sustainability. Orders, quality checks, Crown Services, customer support, and shipping preparation are handled during active business days only.
Can I place an order on the weekend?
Yes. The online store is open 24/7, but orders placed during weekends, holidays, or closed days begin processing on the next active business day.
Do you offer rush orders?
No. Rasun Couture does not offer rush orders at this time. If you need something quickly, we recommend shopping Ready-to-Ship items when available.
What is Ready-to-Ship Hair?
Ready-to-Ship Hair means the item is already in Rasun Couture’s possession and available for faster processing. Ready-to-Ship items process faster than Quality-Checked Hair Orders because they do not need to be sourced first.
What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Quality-Checked Hair?
Ready-to-Ship items are already on hand and process faster. Quality-Checked Hair Orders may be sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture for review, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer.
What are Crown Services?
Crown Services are Rasun Couture services for wigs, lace units, hair pieces, toppers, extensions, and alternative hair systems. Services may include wash and refresh, Crown Revival, lace and unit repair, basic unit construction, hair piece refresh, and custom service support.
Do I need a consultation before booking Crown Services?
For now, Rasun Couture begins Crown Services with a Crown Consultation. This helps us review your request, understand your item, and guide you to the correct next step before service work begins.
Does a consultation guarantee service approval?
No. A consultation does not guarantee service approval, final pricing, or same-day service. Additional photos, details, inspection, deposits, or invoices may be required before service work begins.
What is the Crown Consultation Form?
The Crown Consultation Form is used for general service questions, service direction, and basic item review. It helps Rasun Couture understand your request before giving next steps.
What is the Customization & Construction Form?
The Customization & Construction Form is used for detailed service requests such as basic unit construction, closure unit construction, frontal unit construction, hair piece construction, lace replacement, extension construction, and other custom work.
When does service time begin?
Service time begins after your item or materials are received, inspected, and approved by Rasun Couture. If additional information, photos, materials, or payment is required, service time may pause until everything is completed.
What is Basic Unit Construction?
Basic Unit Construction is for customers who want approved bundles, closures, or frontals constructed into a complete, wearable custom unit. This is construction from separate materials, not a pre-made unit refresh or repair service.
What is included with Basic Unit Construction?
Basic Unit Construction may include unit construction on an approved cap or foundation, bleached knots, customized hairline, and basic styling if listed in the service package.
What is not included with Basic Unit Construction?
Hair, closures, frontals, coloring, advanced plucking, rush service, and shipping are not included unless selected, quoted, or listed in the service package.
How many bundles do I need?
Most customers use 3 bundles for a full look. For 12”–16”, 2 bundles may be enough. For 18”–22”, 3 bundles are recommended. For 24” and longer, 3–4 bundles may be needed depending on fullness, texture, and desired style.
How many bundles do I need with a closure or frontal?
Closure or frontal installs usually require 3 bundles plus the closure or frontal. Longer lengths, fuller styles, larger cap sizes, or high-density looks may require 4 bundles.
Does curly or wavy hair look shorter?
Yes. Straight textures usually show length more clearly. Wavy, curly, and deep wave textures may appear shorter because of the curl pattern. If you want a fuller or longer-looking result, consider adding an extra bundle.
Can Rasun Couture tell me if I sent enough hair?
Yes. Rasun Couture can review your intake form, photos, and materials. If the materials are not enough to achieve your desired look, we may recommend additional hair before service begins.
Do you offer hair pieces, toppers, or gender-neutral hair options?
Yes. Rasun Couture serves customers of all identities. We offer hair pieces, toppers, units, and alternative hair options for coverage, styling flexibility, protective styling, and personal expression.
Do you offer medical wigs or cranial units?
Rasun Couture may offer private-pay coverage units, toppers, cranial-style units, and alternative hair options. These products are not medical treatment and do not replace care from a licensed medical provider. Customers seeking insurance reimbursement should contact their insurance provider before purchasing.
Does Rasun Couture provide medical advice?
No. Rasun Couture does not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide medical advice. If you are experiencing medical hair loss, scalp conditions, or treatment-related hair loss, please consult a licensed medical provider.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Custom orders, Quality-Checked Hair Orders, sourced hair, service bookings, Crown Services, unit construction, and special orders cannot be canceled once sourcing, inspection, preparation, construction, or service work has started.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Shipping address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted. Rasun Couture may contact the customer to confirm the order number, name, shipping address, or identity before shipping when needed.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged?
Once a package is scanned into the shipping carrier’s system, Rasun Couture, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Customers must contact the carrier or Route Package Protection, if purchased, to file a claim.
Should I purchase package protection?
Yes. Rasun Couture strongly recommends purchasing package protection when available. Package protection may help cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages according to the protection provider’s policy.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email or contact information entered at checkout.
Why do prices cost more than vendor-direct hair?
Rasun Couture pricing may include sourcing, vendor review, quality check, handling, packaging, customer support, and final shipment preparation. You are not just paying for hair; you are paying for a more controlled buying experience.
Does Rasun Couture use recycled packaging?
Rasun Couture uses simple, protective, recycled-forward packaging whenever possible. We prioritize safe delivery, lower waste, and practical presentation over excessive packaging.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plan options may vary based on the payment methods available at checkout. If a payment plan option is not shown at checkout, it may not be available for that order.
