Cancellation Policy
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order, booking a service, submitting a form, or purchasing from Rasun Couture, LLC. By purchasing from Rasun Couture, you agree to the cancellation terms listed below.
General Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed. This includes product changes, service changes, shipping address changes, appointment changes, and cancellation requests.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Rasun Couture as soon as possible at support@rasuncouture.com. We will review the request, but approval is not guaranteed.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
The following orders cannot be canceled once sourcing, inspection, preparation, customization, construction, fulfillment, or service work has started:
- Quality-Checked Hair Orders
- Custom-made orders
- Pre-orders after sourcing or fulfillment begins
- Crown Services
- Basic Unit Construction
- Custom Construction
- Hair piece, topper, or coverage unit orders
- Lace replacement, repair, or restoration services
- Service deposits
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Digital products
- Personal care goods or beauty products
- Gift cards
Quality-Checked Hair Orders
Select Rasun Couture hair orders may be sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture first, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer. These orders cannot be canceled once sourcing, vendor processing, inspection, quality check, or preparation has started.
If Rasun Couture is unable to fulfill the order, we will contact the customer with available options.
Custom Orders & Crown Services
Custom orders, Crown Services, unit construction, hair piece services, repairs, sourced hair, and special orders are prepared based on the customer’s request, intake form, materials, or approved service details.
Because these orders are customized or service-based, they cannot be canceled once sourcing, inspection, preparation, construction, customization, or service work has started unless Rasun Couture is unable to complete the order or Rasun Couture caused the confirmed issue.
Service Deposits
Service deposits are used to reserve your service request, consultation, appointment, construction review, or custom work. Deposits are non-refundable once booking, communication, review, preparation, sourcing, inspection, or service work has started.
Final balances must be paid before pickup, return shipping, or final delivery of completed work.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that may be out of stock, soon-to-be-available, or not yet physically in Rasun Couture’s possession.
Pre-orders may require full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. If a pre-order has not been sourced, processed, fulfilled, or prepared, you may contact Rasun Couture to request cancellation. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
Once a pre-order has been sourced, processed, fulfilled, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
Subscriptions
If Rasun Couture offers subscription products or services, subscriptions may include repeat deliveries or recurring charges based on the duration and frequency selected by the customer.
Your payment details may be stored securely by the payment processor or subscription provider, and you may be charged for each subscription period unless you cancel according to the subscription terms.
If a subscription automatically renews, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. Subscription cancellation options may be available through your order confirmation email, account portal, or the subscription management link provided.
Subscription orders that have already processed, shipped, or entered fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
Try Before You Buy
If Rasun Couture offers a try-before-you-buy option, your payment method may be authorized before the order is fulfilled. You will have a stated review period to decide whether to keep the item.
If the item is not returned according to the stated try-before-you-buy terms, your payment method may be charged for the full amount.
Try-before-you-buy items must be returned in the required condition and within the stated timeframe to avoid being charged.
Appointment Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a Crown Consultation or appointment, please contact Rasun Couture as soon as possible. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may depend on availability.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, no-shows, or last-minute changes may result in forfeited consultation fees or deposits.
Address or Order Changes
Please review your order, service request, and shipping address before submitting payment. Address changes, order changes, product changes, or service changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
Rasun Couture may contact the customer to confirm order details, name, address, identity, or service information before processing or shipping.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order, booking a service, submitting a form, or purchasing from Rasun Couture, LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the product description, service description, processing timeline, shipping policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, and any applicable service or intake instructions before purchasing.
