Processing & Shipping Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Rasun Couture, LLC, you agree to our processing, shipping, cancellation, and package responsibility policies.

Payment Processing Time

All orders have a standard 1–3 business day payment processing period before order processing and shipping begins.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Payment processing time may be extended if additional verification, customer information, address confirmation, or payment review is required.

Order Processing Time

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment processing is complete.

Some orders may require additional processing time depending on the product or service purchased. Quality-Checked Hair Orders, custom hair orders, Crown Services, unit construction, wig construction, and hair pieces may take 5–14 business days to process after materials, order details, or hair items are received, inspected, and approved.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time is the time Rasun Couture needs to review, source, inspect, prepare, construct, package, or complete your order before it is given to the shipping carrier.

Rasun Couture does not offer rush orders at this time. If you need an item urgently, we recommend shopping Ready-to-Ship items when available.

Business Days

Rasun Couture processes orders during active business days only. Weekends and holidays do not count as payment processing days, order processing days, service days, or shipping preparation days.

No shipments are processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated carrier shipping time is usually 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method, carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Rasun Couture’s control.

Rasun Couture may use UPS or another available carrier based on the shipping option selected, order type, destination, or service availability.

Quality-Checked Hair Orders

Select Rasun Couture hair orders are not shipped vendor-direct. These orders may be sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture first, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer.

This process helps Rasun Couture review the hair before final shipment. Because quality checking takes time, these orders may take longer than standard ready-to-ship products.

Quality-Checked Hair Orders may take 5–14 business days for sourcing, vendor shipment to Rasun Couture, inspection, preparation, and final shipment processing.

Custom Orders, Crown Services & Unit Construction

Custom orders, Crown Services, wig construction, unit construction, hair piece services, repairs, and related services may require additional time because they are prepared or completed based on the customer’s order details, intake form, materials, and approved service request.

Service time begins only after materials or items are received, inspected, and approved by Rasun Couture. If additional information, photos, materials, or invoices are required, processing may pause until the customer responds or completes payment.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is scanned into the shipping carrier’s system, Rasun Couture, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

If a package issue occurs after the carrier receives the package, the customer must contact the selected shipping carrier or Route Package Protection, if purchased, to file a claim using the tracking number provided.

Rasun Couture strongly recommends purchasing package protection when available. Package protection may help cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages according to the protection provider’s policy.

Address Confirmation

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be available.

For certain orders, Rasun Couture may contact the customer to confirm the order number, name, shipping address, or identity before shipping. This helps reduce delivery issues, fraud, and chargebacks.

No Cancellations After Order Submission

Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. This includes product changes, service changes, shipping address changes, and cancellation requests.

Custom orders, Quality-Checked Hair Orders, sourced hair, service bookings, Crown Services, unit construction, and special orders cannot be canceled once sourcing, inspection, preparation, construction, or service work has started.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Rasun Couture, LLC, you confirm that you have read the product description, processing timeline, shipping policy, refund policy, and service terms before purchasing.

You understand that payment processing time, order processing time, and carrier shipping time are separate. You also understand that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

You agree that once your package is scanned by the selected shipping carrier, any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered package claim must be handled through the carrier or Route Package Protection, if purchased.

No shipment will take place on weekends or holidays.
