Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with Rasun Couture, LLC. By purchasing from Rasun Couture, you agree to the return, refund, cancellation, and non-returnable item terms listed below.

7-Day Return Policy

Rasun Couture has a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@rasuncouture.com. Please do not send items back without contacting Rasun Couture first. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, Rasun Couture will provide return instructions. A return shipping label may be provided when applicable. Return approval and shipping instructions must be confirmed before sending anything back.

Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the issue was caused by Rasun Couture:

  • Custom-made orders
  • Custom hair orders
  • Quality-Checked Hair Orders after sourcing, inspection, preparation, or processing has started
  • Basic Unit Construction orders
  • Crown Services
  • Service deposits
  • Clearance items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care goods
  • Beauty products
  • Used, worn, altered, washed, installed, cut, colored, or customized items

Custom-made orders and clearance items are non-refundable unless Rasun Couture made an error with the order or there is a confirmed issue caused by Rasun Couture.

Custom Orders & Crown Services

Custom orders, Crown Services, unit construction, hair piece services, repairs, sourced hair, and special orders are prepared based on the customer’s request, intake form, materials, or approved service details.

Because these orders are customized or service-based, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once sourcing, inspection, preparation, construction, customization, or service work has started unless Rasun Couture is unable to fulfill the order or Rasun Couture caused the issue.

Clearance & Sale Items

Clearance items and sale items are final sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless Rasun Couture sent the wrong item or caused a confirmed issue with the order.

Damages, Wrong Items, or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact Rasun Couture immediately at support@rasuncouture.com so we can review the issue.

Please include your order number, name, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue. Rasun Couture will review the information and determine the next steps.

Package Issues After Shipping

Once a package is scanned into the shipping carrier’s system, Rasun Couture, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

If a package issue occurs after the carrier receives the package, the customer must contact the selected shipping carrier or Route Package Protection, if purchased, to file a claim using the tracking number provided.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, eligible items must be in the same condition that they were received: unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

This cooling-off period does not apply to all custom-made, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, final sale, or non-returnable items where exceptions are legally allowed.

Refunds

Rasun Couture will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will let you know whether the refund was approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 7 business days have passed since Rasun Couture approved your refund, please contact us at support@rasuncouture.com.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Rasun Couture, LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the product description, processing timeline, shipping policy, refund policy, service terms, and any applicable intake or custom order instructions before purchasing.
