Please read these instructions carefully before shipping, mailing, or dropping off any hair, wig, lace unit, topper, hair piece, bundles, closures, frontals, or service materials to Rasun Couture.

Before You Send Anything
Before shipping or dropping off your item, please make sure you have completed the correct form:
- Crown Consultation Form for general service questions and service direction.
- Customization & Construction Form for unit construction, lace replacement, repairs, custom work, hair pieces, toppers, and detailed service requests.
Rasun Couture must be able to match your package or drop-off item to your form, photos, order number, and customer information. Items that arrive without matching information may be delayed.
Package Requirements
Please package your item carefully before shipping or dropping it off. Your package should include:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your order number, if available
- Your appointment date, if booked
- A short note listing what is inside the package
- The service you are requesting
- Your return shipping address
Photo Matching Requirement
Before sending your item, please upload clear photos through the correct Rasun Couture form. Photos should match the exact item, hair, materials, bundles, closure, frontal, wig, lace unit, topper, or hair piece being sent in.
Rasun Couture may compare the uploaded photos to the item received. This helps confirm that the correct item was sent, protects both the customer and Rasun Couture, and helps document the condition of the item before service begins.
Photos to Upload
Please upload clear photos of:
- The front of the item or materials
- The back of the item or materials
- The lace, closure, frontal, or parting area, if applicable
- Any damage, tangling, shedding, holes, glue buildup, or problem areas
- Bundle wefts, if sending bundles
- Reference photo of the desired look, if applicable
For Bundles, Closures, and Frontals
If you are sending bundles, closures, or frontals for unit construction, please make sure all materials are labeled and packaged together. The materials sent should match the details listed on your intake form.
If materials arrive incomplete, damaged, low quality, different from the form, or different from the uploaded photos, Rasun Couture may pause the service, request more information, recommend additional materials, or send a revised quote.
Shipping Your Item
If shipping your item, please use a trackable shipping service. Rasun Couture recommends keeping your receipt and tracking number until your item has been received and confirmed.
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Rasun Couture unless otherwise stated. Rasun Couture is not responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered before they are received by Rasun Couture.
Drop-Off Notice
If you are dropping off an item, please do not leave items without confirmation or appointment instructions. Drop-off items must be properly packaged, labeled, and connected to a completed form or service request.
Rasun Couture may not begin service work until the item is received, inspected, matched to the correct form, and approved.
Inspection After Arrival
Once your item is received, Rasun Couture will inspect the item and compare it to the form details and uploaded photos. Service time begins only after the item or materials are received, inspected, and approved.
If additional work, missing materials, damage, or service changes are discovered during inspection, Rasun Couture may contact the customer before work begins. Additional work may require a separate invoice.
Important Service Notice
Rasun Couture is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor-quality hair, shedding, bald lace, holes, glue buildup, matting, odor, missing tracks, overprocessed knots, or construction issues that existed before service.
Final balances must be paid before pickup or return shipping. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and closed days do not count as processing or service days.
