Our Quality Control Process
At Rasun Couture, we prioritize quality, transparency, and customer protection over rushed fulfillment. We understand that buying hair online can feel uncertain, especially when customers cannot see, touch, or inspect the hair before it arrives.
That is why select Rasun Couture hair orders go through our quality-control process before final shipment. Instead of blindly shipping vendor-direct hair to customers, select hair orders are sourced, received by Rasun Couture, reviewed, inspected, and prepared before being shipped to you.
Why Quality Control Matters
The hair industry can be difficult to verify from the customer side. Ethical sourcing, true hair quality, texture accuracy, fullness, lace quality, and vendor consistency are not always easy to confirm without seeing the product in person.
Rasun Couture does not claim that every hair source is 100% perfect or fully verified. Instead, we are committed to building better systems, asking better vendor questions, inspecting products before final shipment, and improving our standards as the company grows.
How Our Process Works
- You place your order. The customer selects the hair, length, texture, closure, frontal, or unit option.
- Rasun Couture reviews the order. We confirm order details, customer information, and selected options.
- The hair is sourced. Select hair orders are ordered from trusted or reviewed vendors.
- The hair arrives to Rasun Couture first. The order is received by us before final shipment to the customer.
- We inspect the hair. We check the order for quality, accuracy, and visible concerns.
- The order is prepared. Once approved, the hair is packaged using simple, protective, recycled-forward packaging whenever possible.
- The order ships to you. After processing is complete, carrier shipping begins and tracking is provided.

- Correct length
- Correct color, when applicable
- Bundle fullness
- Ends and overall appearance
- Shedding concerns
- Tangling concerns
- Odor or unusual smell
- Weft construction
- Closure or frontal condition
- Lace quality
- Knots and parting space
- Visible defects or damage
- Packaging condition
- Order accuracy before final shipment
Processing Time
Quality-Checked Hair Orders may take 7–14 business days for sourcing, vendor shipment to Rasun Couture, inspection, preparation, and final shipment processing.
Carrier shipping time begins after processing is complete. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Rasun Couture processes orders and services during active business days only. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and closed days do not count as processing days.
Ready-to-Ship vs. Quality-Checked Orders
Ready-to-Ship items are products that Rasun Couture already has on hand. These items process faster because they are already available for fulfillment.
Quality-Checked Hair Orders are sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture for review, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer. These orders take longer because they go through our quality-control process.
If you need your order quickly, please shop the Ready-to-Ship collection when available.
Our Sourcing Commitment
Ethical hair sourcing can be hard to verify with 100% certainty unless you are physically present throughout the full sourcing process. Rasun Couture is honest about that reality.
Our role is to help protect the customer by reviewing vendors, asking better sourcing questions, inspecting select hair orders before final shipment, documenting vendor performance, and working toward stronger sourcing standards over time.
As Rasun Couture grows, we are also researching lower-waste packaging, plant-based fibers, protein-based fibers, and alternative hair materials that may support a cleaner and more thoughtful beauty industry in the future.
Important Customer Notice
Because quality control takes time, Rasun Couture does not recommend Quality-Checked Hair Orders for customers who need hair urgently. If you are in a rush, we recommend shopping Ready-to-Ship items or waiting until you have enough time for the full processing window.
By placing a Quality-Checked Hair Order, you understand that your order may be sourced, received, inspected, and prepared by Rasun Couture before final shipment. You also understand that processing time and carrier shipping time are separate.
