Quality-Checked Hair & Sourcing Notice
Rasun Couture may source select hair orders, receive them first, review them, inspect them, and prepare them before final shipment. This quality-control process is designed to help protect the customer and reduce blind vendor-direct shipping.
Ethical hair sourcing can be difficult to verify with 100% certainty unless a person is physically present throughout the full supply chain. Rasun Couture does not claim that every hair source is fully verified, perfect, or 100% ethical. Our commitment is to review vendors, ask better sourcing questions, inspect select hair orders, document vendor performance, and continue improving our sourcing standards over time.
Processing, Shipping & Carrier Notice
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Payment processing, order processing, quality checking, custom work, service work, unit construction, and carrier transit may each require separate timeframes.
Once a package is scanned into the selected shipping carrier’s system, Rasun Couture, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier or package protection provider, if purchased, to file claims after carrier scan.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, service descriptions, processing timelines, shipping policies, refund policies, service policies, intake form instructions, and all posted terms before purchasing or booking.
By placing an order, booking a service, submitting a form, or using this website, you agree that you have reviewed and accepted Rasun Couture’s posted policies and terms.
Custom Orders & Service Work
Custom orders, Crown Services, unit construction, hair piece services, repairs, sourced hair, service deposits, clearance items, sale items, and special orders may be final sale or non-refundable as stated in Rasun Couture’s policies.
Additional work, missing materials, damaged materials, low-quality materials, changes in service scope, or differences between submitted intake details and received materials may require additional invoices, revised quotes, or service refusal.
