Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return, refund, cancellation, or exchange only according to our posted Refund Policy, Processing & Shipping Policy, and any service-specific policies.
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors, textures, or appearances accurately.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Product descriptions, service descriptions, availability, pricing, and promotions may change at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Section 6 — Quality-Checked Hair Orders
Select Rasun Couture hair orders may be sourced after purchase, shipped to Rasun Couture first, inspected, prepared, and then shipped to the customer. This is part of our Quality-Checked Hair Order process.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Quality-Checked Hair Orders may require additional time for sourcing, vendor shipment, inspection, quality review, preparation, and final shipment.
By placing a Quality-Checked Hair Order, you understand that your order may not ship immediately and that processing timelines listed on the product page, Processing & Shipping Policy, or order information apply.
Section 7 — Crown Services, Custom Orders & Unit Construction
Rasun Couture may offer Crown Services, custom services, unit construction, hair piece services, toppers, lace repair, hair care services, business inquiry services, and related service-based offerings.
Service time begins only after the item, materials, intake form, photos, payment, and any required information are received, inspected, and approved by Rasun Couture.
Custom orders, Crown Services, service deposits, unit construction, hair piece services, repairs, sourced hair, and special orders may be final sale or non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy or service descriptions.
Additional work, missing materials, damaged materials, low-quality materials, changes to the requested service, or differences between intake form details and received materials may require an additional invoice or revised quote.
Section 8 — Accuracy of Billing, Account & Shipping Information
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, account, and contact information for all purchases made through our store.
Rasun Couture may contact you to verify your order number, name, shipping address, identity, payment details, or other order information before processing or shipping an order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, missing details, failed verification, payment review, or customer non-response.
Section 9 — Payment Authorization
By submitting payment through the website, invoice, payment link, or approved payment method, you authorize Rasun Couture, LLC to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown or agreed upon.
You agree that you have reviewed the product or service description, price, processing time, shipping policy, refund policy, and any applicable service terms before purchase.
Section 10 — Shipping, Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on processing time, carrier service, location, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of Rasun Couture’s control.
Once a package is scanned into the shipping carrier’s system, Rasun Couture, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
If a package issue occurs after carrier scan, the customer must contact the selected shipping carrier or Route Package Protection, if purchased, to file a claim.
Section 11 — Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our posted Refund Policy and any product or service-specific terms.
Custom-made orders, Crown Services, unit construction, sourced hair, Quality-Checked Hair Orders after sourcing or processing begins, clearance items, sale items, gift cards, personal care goods, service deposits, and special orders may be final sale unless Rasun Couture caused the confirmed issue.
Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Section 12 — Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, payment providers, booking systems, shipping providers, insurance providers, forms, or other services that we do not control.
You acknowledge and agree that third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions from Rasun Couture, LLC.
Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

For Crown Services, custom work, repairs, unit construction, hair pieces, or related services, Rasun Couture may request photos, intake forms, order details, reference photos, material descriptions, measurements, or additional documentation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and photos that match the item or materials being sent to Rasun Couture.
Rasun Couture may use submitted information to review the request, verify condition, confirm service eligibility, document pre-existing issues, and determine next steps.
Section 16 — Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you submit sensitive information, service forms, photos, health-related information, or other personal details, you agree that Rasun Couture may use that information to review, process, fulfill, or communicate about your request.
Rasun Couture does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counseling, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice unless explicitly stated by a properly licensed professional.
