Basic Unit Construction is for customers who want approved bundles, closures, or frontals constructed into a complete, wearable custom unit.
This service is for building a unit from separate materials. It is not a pre-made unit refresh or repair service. Rasun Couture reviews your intake form, confirms your materials, constructs the unit on an approved cap or foundation, and prepares it for pickup or return shipping.

What’s Not Included
Hair, closures, frontals, coloring, plucking beyond basic customization, rush service, and shipping are not included unless selected, quoted, or listed in your service package.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–14 business days for construction after your materials are received, inspected, and approved. Shipping may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on the carrier selected.
Rush orders are not available for this service. Because each unit is custom-made, we ask customers to allow the full processing window. If you need a unit urgently, we recommend not continuing with this purchase.
Important Notes
Final pricing may change if materials arrive incomplete, damaged, low quality, or different from what was listed on the intake form. Service time begins only after materials are received, inspected, and approved by Rasun Couture.
After purchase, a Rasun Couture representative will confirm your order number, name, and shipping address to help prevent delivery issues. Additional details may be requested to complete your custom unit order.
Rasun Couture must inspect all customer-provided materials before construction begins. Customer-provided hair, closures, frontals,
lace, or base materials must be clean, usable, and suitable for construction. Rasun Couture may decline materials that are damaged,
poor quality, excessively shedding, tangled, incomplete, unsanitary, or not appropriate for the requested service.
Deposits secure the service request and begin intake/review. Deposits may become non-refundable once consultation, planning,
sourcing, inspection, or construction preparation has started. Final balances must be paid before pickup or return shipping. Friday,
Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and closed days do not count as processing or service days.
